Getting what you want

When taking commissions, I will spend a good amount of time discussing with you to determine exactly what it is you want, which allows me to provide a fair pricing. This is when we determine the scope of the project, what you will use it for, etc.

Once the payment is handled, I will start working on the project. I usually work in 3 phases: research, concept, development. You will be consulted on every significant step, usually by having you pick from a range of options.

You'll get as frequent updates as I can; but depending on scale, projects usually take a few weeks to deliver; this can be circumvented with a Rush fee.

At the moment, my commissions are strictly digital, meaning no physical copies of your commission will ever be sent out.

Payment

I usually take payment through PayPal, ko-fi or e-transfer(CAN only), but I can also do Steam funds, Flight rising gems, streamer subscriptions, art trades and a wide array of things! Must be of equivalent value.
Prices are discussed in USD unless stated otherwise.

A downpayment of at least 50% of the agreed upon price is required before I start wotking on the project. The results will be delivered with watermarks until the final payment is delivered. Alternatively, you can pay in full upfront.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, I reserve the right to publish the commissioned piece on my social medias, websites, and in artbooks. I retain the copyright of my artworks.

If you are planning to sell items featuring your commission, it needs to be expressed right away, so that we can discuss related fees. Sale of items featuring my designs without my approval is strictly prohibited.

I retain the right to terminate relations if I feel unsafe or disrespected during the transaction. You will be reimbursed a percentage of the cost corresponding to the amount of work I have put into the commission, and you will be allowed to use whatever material I have provided that far. If you want a complete refund, you will not be allowed to use any of the material.

Use Rights

You are allowed to use a commissioned project as a logo, profile picture, PNGtuber avatar, social media/website banner, emote...

You are allowed to post it on social media or other websites (such as toyhou.se or Artfight) under the condition that you credit Skelenby as the owner/creator of the artwork; ideally by linking https://skelenby.neocities.org/

You are NOT allowed to use my it in any artificial intelligence or machine learning technology. You are NOT allowed to use my it in any blockchain technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency. You have NO legal right to sell my work for blockchain-related technology. I retain complete copyright of my artwork when it comes to blockchain technology.

Commercial use is allowed only under conditions discussed during the commission process.
